New York Fries is looking for experienced Supervisors / Managers for our location
Our Associates work together helping each other succeed. Our teams are hands-on and work together to deliver the Perfect Experience to our Customers each and every time. We genuinely care about each Customer and every Associate.
As a member of our team you will be responsible for supervising, coaching and managing a team in preparing and serving New York Fries according to operational standards, to provide our customer with the highest level of customer care and to provide great fries, quickly and efficiently and with a smile.
You will be required to interact with our Customers, take accurate orders, and efficiently work the cash register to finish the sale. You may also be required to assist with the preparation of the food for cooking and service to the Customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
Most New York Fries locations are within the food courts of major malls. Some seasonal operations are outdoor locations, for the most part, and therefore are exposed to the weather conditions. Our store locations tend to be tight and warm due to heat produced by the fryers; floors can have water and oil on them if not regularly maintained.
We are looking for individuals that are passionate about Food, Hospitality, and are Guest focused as well as being a strong and motivating team player.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Deliver Perfect Guest Experience by ensuring food quality is at the highest standards of New York Fries established food quality and plating specifications
The successful candidate will be someone who is a hands-on leader, willing to help wherever is necessary to ensure overall success of the restaurant. Previous supervising or management experience is an asset.
The successful candidate is expected to be a leader in demonstrating behaviours consistent with Cara's Principles

Support in controlling, costs, building sales, and overall P & L management
Develop Associates at all levels through coaching, training and one on one discussions
Follow all New York Fries standards as outlined by the Regional Manager and New York Fries brand executives
Candidates should have 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
Candidates must be able to create connections, go above and beyond, have fun as a team, and energize others.
Food Service/Hospitality Experience
Must have a love of food and strive for culinary excellence
