  • Marketing Coordinator - Milestones Restaurant Home Office

Variety isn’t the only thing we offer – along with competitive compensation, we operate in a fast paced and energetic environment where effective team work and self-motivation to work independently are harmonious traits.    We are currently expanding our Marketing Department at Milestones and we are looking to add you as the newest Marketing Coordinator in our Vaughan Home Office.   The Milestones Marketing Coordinator is a critical member of the marketing team, ensuring that the collateral to support our marketing initiatives is effective and executed on time, and on budget.  The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team on effectively all creative development.  The Marketing Coordinator also supports the team in identifying the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in driving incremental traffic to our locations.  The Marketing Coordinator also leads projects within Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM).  Finally, the Marketing Coordinator is on point for a variety of administrative tasks including the PO and invoice process for marketing expenditures.   Responsiblities include: - Manage and provide communication details and production timelines for all National Core and LTO launches to internal creative team and distribution houses (includes versioning & printer requirements, file sizes & legal requirements etc). - Manage production, printing, collation and distribution of all POP and Menu materials to restaurants on time and on budget (includes Dining Room Menus, Bar Books, Take-Out Menus, Online Aggregator Delivery Menus, Dessert Menus, Nutritional Brochures, Promotional Materials, etc.). - Develops and executes Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM) initiatives for all Milestones franchised and corporate stores, tracking results and sharing learnings across the brand - Manages the LRM Toolkit, keeping assets up to date, brainstorming and creating new programs, executing flyer/digital bump-up opportunities - Manages the marketing team’s communication with all Milestones locations through existing internal processes - Support the marketing team in management of development of creative assets across all touchpoints including but not limited to in-store assets, digital and social media, e-mail, OOH, and direct mail - Supports the marketing team and leads aspects of marketing related to new store openings and renovations - Respond to daily requests/inquiries from Franchisees/Operators and Regional Operations Managers in a timely manner. - Responds daily to guest services inquiries and acts upon guest services inquiries to satisfy guests - Creates Purchase Orders and processes invoices with management of the brand’s advertising fund budget in mind - Other special projects and administrative duties as required   Required Skills: - Certificate, diploma or degree; business administration preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills. - High attention to detail. - Experience with managing printing production timelines with external vendors considered highly valuable. - Strong project manager. - Works independently despite ambiguity and frequently changing demands. - Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).   RECIPE/Cara offers a great open office work environment, with a competitive salary, group benefits, subsidized bistro, on site gym facilities and a 20% discount to most of our restaurants.   As part of our accessibility commitment, We are committed to providing an accessible environment for all of our customers, employees, and job applicants, and will make available to any selected applicants accommodations and/or accessible formats should he/she require.    We thank all candidates for their interest in opportunities with us however, only the candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.  No phone calls or emails please.   At this time, we do not require assistance from recruitment agencies.
