Variety isn’t the only thing we offer – along with competitive compensation, we operate in a fast paced and energetic environment where effective team work and self-motivation to work independently are harmonious traits.     We are currently looking for a group of Guest Experience Consultants, or Customer Service Agents for our Call Centre in Scarborough ON.  This is a Part Time role requiring various commitments to evenings, weekends and holidays to support the needs of our Customers across the country.    Overview As a Guest Experience Consultant, you are the voice and face of our Call Centre.  Your role will be to ensure all contacts offer the best experience to our guests.  You will assist our department achieve our objectives and goals by: placing error free orders, quickly and efficiently; solving the concerns of our guests in the fastest and most effective way possible; answering all questions knowledgably; and providing prompt, professional, innovative and courteous service on all contacts.   Major Responsibilities - Managing large amounts of Inbound calls in a timely manner for multiple brands in a courteous and competent manner - Following Call Centre “scripts” when handling different brands - Keep records of all conversations in our Call Centre database in a comprehensible way - Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions according to established brand guidelines. - Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile - Seize all opportunities to increase sales products when they arise - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets - Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities - Performs other duties as assigned Competencies - Previous experience in a customer support role - Verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail - Track record of over-achieving Call Centre targets - Proactive and goal-oriented individual who enjoys working with people - Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types - Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively - Proficiency in MS office applications - Punctual and reliable Job Requirements - Must be willing to work flexible hours - Required to work evenings, with shifts starting between 3pm to 5pm - Flexibility to work later shifts, ending between 10pm and 2am - Must be able to work on Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day, and other ‘black-out’ periods as communicated - Required to be available to work a minimum of 15 hours a week or two shifts - Must be able to work two of the three weekend, evening shifts – i.e. Friday/Saturday, Friday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday, weekly - Flexibility to take on additional shifts as needed   Qualifications - High school diploma or higher preferred - 2 years sales and customer service experience (over the phone) an asset - Retail experience an asset - Restaurant experience an asset What we offer you - A welcoming, fun and safe work environment - A workplace founded on respect - Opportunities to be a valuable member of a close-knit team - A strong and effective training program - A supporting and encouraging Leadership team - Potential for personal development - Career opportunities within a leading Canadian Company   Recipe/CARA offers a great open office work environment, with a competitive salary, group benefits for full time salaried employees, and a 20% discount to most of our restaurants.   As part of our accessibility commitment, We are committed to providing an accessible environment for all of our customers, employees, and job applicants, and will make available to any selected applicants accommodations and/or accessible formats should he/she require.    We thank all candidates for their interest in opportunities with us however, only the candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.  No phone calls or emails please.   At this time, we do not require assistance from recruitment agencies.
