Could a Kitchen Supervisor or being a part of our Kitchen staff at our Burlington location on Fairview Street be the one?   Working in the kitchen, your primary focus will be to oversee the execution of the brand menu as well as the restaurant kitchen operations and controls according to our standards.   Responsibilities: - Ensure consistency of quality, portion control and plated presentation - Basic Food Prep, Meal Presentation, Stocking the Kitchen and Storeroom, Cleaning duties and Kitchen Setup and Breakdown   - Help to manage and develop kitchen team - Promote and communicate safe food handling directives, temperatures specifics and sanitation - Help to provide Back of House expediting training for all new Front of House Team Members - Implement and adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures   Job Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years relevant restaurant experience. - Red Seal Certification and Food Handler’s Certification - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Excellent organizational and problem solving skills - Strong business acumen, with an understanding of budgets and operating costs - Able to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines   Interested?  If your skills and career goals match what we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!     As part of our accessibility commitment, there are alternative ways to interview with us.
