Variety isn’t the only thing we offer – along with competitive compensation, we operate in a fast paced and energetic environment where effective team work and self-motivation to work independently are harmonious traits.    Overview: Process cash receipts and review sales information for a given number of restaurants through the creation of invoices and updating the general ledger of JD Edwards Financials system, be the key resource for internal and external customers for A/R issues and concerns,  as well as complete other administrative duties of the role.    Responsibilities:  - Review upload files received from MICROS ensuring, accuracy of sales and ledger coding - Run the interface to load the reviewed file(s) into JD Edwards and make corrections where necessary - Post cash receipts in to the General Ledger on JD Edwards - Ensure both internal and external customer expectations are consistently met - Communicate A/R issues with divisional Associates and ensure concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner - Assist departmental teammates with other tasks when required - Review and process monthly rent upload file.
