  • Guest Experience Supervisor - D'ARCY MCGEE'S

    Prime Pubs is looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor (Front of House Supervisor) at D'ARCY MCGEE'S (44 Sparks Street)!   Rich in Irish heritage and tradition, we make each and every guest feel welcome with generous hospitality, a social spirit and a vibrant atmosphere. We offer our unique combination of great food, beverage and live music. Our menu is driven by made-in-pub food, offering a balance between traditional Pub fare and innovative North American recipes. We offer a diverse selection of perfectly poured pints, whiskeys, hand-crafted cocktails and wines. It’s more than you would expect from a typical pub, and so we are seeking more than just your typical people!   The ideal candidate thrives on working in a fast paced environment and has strong leadership and motivational skills. As a Kitchen Manager, your primary focus will be to oversee the execution of the brand menu and the restaurant kitchen operations according to brand standards. They should be present during busy times to support their team on the line and helping out where necessary. The Kitchen Manager shows respect for all team members in the pub, their guests and the brand identity. As the Kitchen Manager, passion and enthusiasm for culinary, people and development of your team and the brand are a must!   Responsibilities - Assists in the day-to-day leadership and management of a Prime Pubs restaurant as directed by the General Manager (GM); - Accountable for key financials and Key Performance Indicators in partnership with the management team; - Develops the ability to effectively run both dining room and kitchen operations and lead all shifts to Brand standard; - As a fully trained Manager, supports the GM in all aspects of operating a "Benchmark Restaurant" to the Brand standards, creating a perfect guest experience every time while focusing on on-going associate development. - Manage a team of front of house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision - Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the outlets are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained  - Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees - Work closely with the Back of House Manager to provide a seamless experience   Job Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management and/or proven personal commitment to professional development an asset; - Demonstrate ability to attract and retain excellent performers and to develop high performing teams; - Strong leadership and communication skills; - Proven entrepreneurial spirit through having presence "on the floor" and in the community; - Must possess the "Hospitality Gene" - Passion for People and Excellence;    Interested?
