Variety isn’t the only thing we offer – along with competitive compensation, we operate in a fast paced and energetic environment where effective team work and self-motivation to work independently are harmonious traits.   We are looking for a new Finance Administrator to join our team in our Vaughan Head Office.   What is this role?: Reporting to the Finance Manager, Strategic Sourcing, the Finance Administrator is responsible for the coordination of all finance related activities pertaining to Strategic Sourcing, including: contract management, price variance reports, compliance reports, and ad hoc reports.   What will your main tasks be:? - Provides support to the Finance Manager for Strategic Sourcing in running various reports. - Runs price variance reports weekly, track and report on variances. - Assists with compliance reports and follow up. - Liaises with internal Business Managers to ensure all contracts and details are recorded in Tibersoft. - Records price changes in Tibersoft and ensures items are fully assigned. - Reviews reports for accuracy and follow up on variances with external and internal stakeholders. - Tracks and coordinates receipts through Accounts Receivable. - Tracks and coordinates payments through Accounts Payable. - Other administrative activities including new vendor set-up requirements, scanning and saving back-up documents and correspondences and ad-hoc reporting as required.
